PPCGeeks - Problem after flashing... xv6800

I followed following steps and now I have instrument with no phone software just plain windows CE with no old owner information or any contact information.:

I have xv6800 from verizon with
ROM Version : 2.09.605.8
ROM date : 08/03/07
Radio Version: 1.30.60

-> Upgraded bootloader with nueSPL-2.47.rar
-> Applied flash using SD Card
1 Titan_Radio_3.37.20.rar
2 radio339.rar
3 Titan_Radio_ROM_3.42.02.rar
4 Titan_Radio_ROM_3.42.30.rar
5 Titan Radio ROM 3.42.50.rar
Ran dcd_titan_kitchen_3.2.6\BuildNB.bat
and selected VOIP and let build image
applied image using USB.
Rebooted and skip portion where it was about to install something by pressing reset.
Then copied dcd Verizon Carrier 20080904.cab on SD Card and double click on it.

Now I am having instrument that has no phone software and owner information and contact information.

I notice that phone program is in windows folder I ran it but not working ... I manually tried to set value as it was before upgrade using EPST but still getting Roaming error when receiving phone.
