Quick Question: Evdo Enable or Disable?
 

I just got a brand spankin' new mogul from sprint. I am running 3.56 stock rom right now and it says "Enable". If my memory serves me correctly, this was the setting to have EVDO disabled correct? And to have EVDO enabled the setting needs to be "disable" right? I just remember there was a lot of confusion on this...

yeah, i remember the confusion about this also, but i switch it to disable, i notice that the speed was slower so i put it back to enable, i guess that was one of glitches they fixed this time

evdo is the "faster network" than the original network, which operates with the 1x icon at the top (for data only i believe). If you want the 1x it'll be a slower inet connection but the battery will probably last longer. If you run evdo it'll be faster but at battery expense.
