Sprint Mogul wont load parst windows screen
 

The phone first started out as a Sprint mogul, used the titan unlocker, then loaded the alltel rom on it. Now it wont load past the windows mobile screen and cannot get my computer to connect.

What can i do ?
When the alltel screen loads it says no radio
I also tried hard reseting,but nothing

What can i do !

Try leaving the battery out for 30 seconds and put the phone in bootloader mode and reflash the phone to the Alltel ROM. Are you on the Alltel network?

how do i put it into bootloader mode ? I know how to hard reset and what not...Thanks soo much for the help so far !~

ok i have it into the bootloader mode, what should be the next thing i do. I want to load the alltel firmware on it. The titan version is 1.20.01ipro

Grab the Alltel ROM and hook your computer to your phone and flash it. The bootloader should say USB.

wait! if i understand what you said correctly, you have a sprint mogul that you're trying to flash an Alltel rom to? that's not recommended is it, MrObvious? lol

ok tryed it again ! and same results, just loads up to windows screens and if you wait it will say "Tap here to begin" and is frozen. What rom should i update it with to get this thing working ? I still can load it back into the 1.20 bootloader mode without any problem. Idea's ?

You used the wrong unlocked bootloader; 1.20 is for the old, 2.x level ROMs and 1.x radios. Now you need to flash an old ROM and radio, then you can install the proper, 2.40 unlocked bootloader, and follow that with a 3.x level ROM and radio.

Why are you trying to flash an Alltel ROM if you don't mind me asking? Are you on the Alltel network? If you are on Sprint you should stay with Sprint.

Click either in my original post or in the copy below where it says "Link to Sprint 2.17 ROM and 1.47 Radio" and flash that package, which will give you both the radio and ROM you need to boot up with the 1.20 unlocked bootloader. Then download the 2.40 unlocked bootloader, install it, and then you can flash the newer ROM and radio combination.

i used your link, put the phone in bootloader, tryed flashing with the rom you had a link to and nothing....It actually loads to the windows mobile screen and it says "tap the screen to start" but nothing after that ! what can i do ! ?

Did you successfully flash that ROM upgrade package? What ROM and radio versions display on the screen as it boots up (the D and R numbers in the bottom right of the screen)? What bootloader version displays in bootloader mode?
