Verizon GPS on Wm6.1 after Legends GPSServer.cab

there is a problem using TomTom on Verizon stock upgrade of wm6.1 after GPSServer.cab was install..it gives hella sat signal but it keep saying no ussable location near GPS and it give a blank map..help.. please
