Does anyone know of a program that will let you send/receive (mainly receive) MMS with USCC?

I, like most people, only get the web address to view pics.
I called them and they turned on pic messaging (I know it isn't capable to receive them without something else), and now I don't even get that message.

I'd just like to be able to receive them without going to another webpage to view them.
