Updating phone few questions and rom recommendation
 

Hello,
I am going to be updating a friends rom tomorrow. I have only done so on my sprint thus far.

I am running No2Chems rom and was wondering what everyone else would recommend me updating his phone to. I am running No2Chem 5066 not the kitchen. I tried using the Kitchen before and it just wouldnt work for some reason. I had too many problems. I would like this update to go as smooth as possible. Any Comments would be great.

I read Ga. Medic step by step tutorial and its great a lot of help. Is there anything else i should look out for. Also once i update the rom right now i am thinking about using No2Chems 5068 cause i just have to put it in a RUU and 1-2-3. Like i said the Kitchen gave me some problems. After i flash to this rom will i have to do anything to change it to a Verizon phone service. I know i have to call up but is there anything else i need?

I am using SBR_L3GION's latest and I couldn't be happier, great battery life, zippy and rock solid stable for me at least. in the first page of his post he gives you a link to the carrier cabs, you will need to download and run the vzw carrier cab, but besides that youd be all set.
