what rom are you running. I have VERIZON and am running no2chem 5069k. I just turn it in in comm panel (push the comm button) plug in the usb and it seems to do everything itself. Works great.

It is my understanding that you would connect via your Data Connection on your cell and then connect the PPC to the PC via USB and turn on ICS.

I've found that what works best for me is to start ics, tell it to connect, then terminate ActiveSync on the phone. Now connect to USB cable and windows sees the connection and all is well. Killing ActiveSync on the computer doesn't do it as well as killing it on the phone, so that's what I recommend. =D>

Re: ics

You have to connect to ICS BEFORE you connect your phone to the computer. ICS works independent of Activesync.

Hope that helps,

Mine works either way. If active sync is connected I just hit connect and it disconnects active sync then connects Internet. I use Internet sharing instead of ICS.
