OK, I know this has been asked before...I know I have seen it somewhere
I was feeling adventurous today and decided to go ahead and do the PPC Kitchen and find out the story on No2Chem and other OEMs and such.
After putting together what I thought would be a decent build with what I wanted, I cooked it up and installed it. I am not a nOOb in general, but as far as cooking goes I am about as nOOb as you get. Well, after the installation there was this incredibly inconvenient habit of a soft reset every 2 minutes. I decided that this wasn't what I wanted at all and so I downloaded the latest ROM off HTC and decided to just scrap the kitchen for a while and keep the official until I had more time to mess with this. What I didn't expect was that the power/soft reset problem is now preventing me from installing the official ROM due to the device "disconnecting". I literally have no idea what to due at the moment. ](*,)](*,)](*,) ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated....please |

OK, I ran the titan_exitbl and although it took me out of the bootloader screen  I now get the picture of the friendly Swedish Chef and distressing message that says no radio:disgust:. The recovery mode for the stock ROM is not valid due to the going past the boot loader (3 color screen).
The phone is not moving past the first screen and that Chef is looking less friendly by the second... please note that the USB is not responding anymore either... Back to the bootloader screen (7:33pm) and I have the 3 colors plus the text TITA100 SPL_1.20.Olipro |
Re: OK, I know this has been asked before...I know I have seen it somewhere
If your using new roms, you need to get Olipro 2.4.
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=33857 it's outlined in the second post there. just do a search text on the page (ctrl + f) Don't sweat it, my first rom i did that myself lol. |

Re: OK, I know this has been asked before...I know I have seen it somewhere
if it says unlocker 1.20 then it's the wrong one.

Re: OK, I know this has been asked before...I know I have seen it somewhere
best thing you can do right now is flash a stock non gps rom.
once you get a working os use nuespl to flash your bootloader to 2.47. then use a non sdhc card to flash the latest radio. then flash your cooked rom. good luck! |

Re: OK, I know this has been asked before...I know I have seen it somewhere
The 1.20 and 2.40 are posted on the same page. A lot of people have made the same mistake because they believe they are getting the right one. I made a note of that in my tutorial because it is so commom. I think the original poster of that thread should separate the two of them (meaning 1.20 and 2.40).

Re: OK, I know this has been asked before...I know I have seen it somewhere
thats why if you just download nuespl, you wont have that issue =)
