phone won't ring
 

I usually have my phone set to vibrate then ring so I didn't notice at first but my phone won't ring. The vib works and the speakers work but it won't give me a ring when a call comes in. I get the missed call tone and VM tone. I also get notices from calendar appointments.

Any ideas on whats happened? I did a search and saw someone suggested that the radio/rom/bootloader are not compatible. Not sure if this is my case or not. I would expect that if it was people would have mentioned something on DCD 3.2.5 rom thread.

volume for the phone/applications, and volume for the ringtone are two seperate sliders, do you have the ringtone volume all the way down? click on the speaker symbol and see if the slider on the right is at the bottom.

Wow what a brain dead move that was. The phone volume was turned all the way down, bumped it up and tested and it worked. Didn't even think of that because I could hear the ringers as I was going through all the different ones and everything else worked.
