how can u make OEM folders from an .nbh? or .nb?
 

is there a simple way to take apart a rom and just take a few programs from them and copy them into my own kitchen?

There is a simple way to take apart a rom, just follow the links in my signature.

However when you do this, the OEM's I'm sure your looking for will probably not have three critical components:

initflashfiles.txt - incorporated into initflashfiles.dat
*.RGU - Depends on the rom, this will be incorporated in the registry then stripped out...
options.xml - you can always make your own, but this file doesn't make it into the rom.

The easiest way is to search for a complete OEM, or request some help in creating your own...
