Hmm. Anyone know what key this is writing? Perhaps I can change it manually for Settings.

Also, what ROM are you and your friend running? I'm on DCD 3.2.5 per my sig, which is WinMo 6.1

The first post of this thread has the registry settings, but GC's post on the 7th pointed to a misspelling. His cab has the settings spelled correctly.

I'm running PPCGeeks 20273 kitchen. If I remember correctly, on 20270, colonel's 4 column cab worked but didn't give four columns for settings. On 20273, colonel's didn't write the registry at all. Uninstalling it and installing GC's worked and gave the four columns for Settings. :mrgreen:

Well I got all the correct registry keys. But can't get icons to go 4 wide in Settings. Weird... Wonder what needs to change.

I used this hack since it came out, however the 4 column is somewhat rough on the eyes - too small. To over come this I changed IconTitleFontSize" Dec value="6" to 8. Much easier to read now.. FYI

I just built 20273 kitchen and applied the gc14 .cab of the reg edit and I now have 4 columns in both the programs list and under settings. :-)

Setting to 8 will make the text larger.

Ok, so how do you change it back to the default of 3 columns if you don't like the 4 columns ?

Uninstall the CAB file.
