The only adjustment to font I can find is text size... am I missing something? All of my other stuff looks normal except for the Comm Manager text.

I had an issue similar to this with a comm manager i had (PD's vista). The issue wasn't with the comm manager but the font i copied to my windows directory when installing a "skin" for spb MS 2.1. Have you installed any recent skins or themes that included a font change?

That was it! Thanks for the suggestion. I think it was one of the themes I had for WeatherPanel. Either way, I removed all the "junk" from my PPC and reinstalled the CommManager 10 button, and it looks great now.:headbang:

One other question though, in profile mode, on the bottom right button, "Beam", there is a dash-line border around it when it's active, unlike the other buttons... any way to get that fixed? You can see it in the first poster's screenshot too.

Re: commanager oems

Its killing me, isnt there a reg edit to pick what buttons are shown in the comm manager? I want Beam to be one of them and maybe change the order. Looking good btw

Re: commanager oems

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\0]
@="FlightMode"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\1]
@="Phone"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\2]
@="Bluetooth"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\3]
@="WLAN"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\4]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\5]

@="InternetSharing"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\8]
@="ActiveSync"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\9]
@="Ir"

browse to the desired button, and change the key to ir for beam, above is a list of all the options available, but you can only use buttons 0 thru 5 for the 6 button comms

aren't these all the same comm manager with just different background graphics? WHat happened to the one that has more functionality. I use the 10 button one and was wondering if there were more like that?

I was able to install the 10 button comm manager on my mogul. I see that OP has posted different looking versions of the same.
1. however, These zip files neither have a cab file or a desktop exe setup file
2. plus all the attachments are named 6 button. when i opened up the zip file, they do have images for 10 buttons

As of now, I have installed the 10 button CM and waiting for further information on how to change the theme.
