HELP PLEASE OLIPRO troubles

I disconnected my phone just like it said to and reconnected it. however wen i reconnected it, i cant establish an active sync connection....

As long as your phone says USB at the bottom, you're good to go. You don't actually have to be connected with active sync at that point.
