Well, its a really bad picture, but it looks to be the shape and size of a micro SD card.

Could it be a SIM card?

It is the Blank card that is used in the phone to fill the sd card slot. Mainly to keep it in there to keep dirt out if you don't have an actual memory card in it.

Other than that It is a piece of worthless plastic.

Your image is way too blurry... Here are a couple crisp ones. :)

Does it look like this? A Sony M2 Memory Stick Micro Card?

This is a standard micro-sd card

Are there any gold connectors on it? If not then President Fluid wins the prize!

I've never seen a Mogul come with a fake card....... they put the 512MB card in it before shipping.

well,it has no writing on it,it vaguely looks like a micro sd card but my phone doesnt detect an sd card installed. it could be a sim card but i'm not sure as i currently dont have a contract. when i bought the phone it did have a contract (i bought this phone from kijiji) but i had the contract cancelled. there are no gold pins or anything on the card but there is a sort of spot that looks like a computer chip for the phone to read it. doesnt make much sense to me :( any ideas?

and i must say, wonderful response time :) and very nice people ;)

My phone came with a blank piece of plastic in the SD slot. I am with VZW, apparently they don't give you a 512 card.
