Cant get the Alltel 6800 GPS going, searched and read a lot...
 

I ungraded to latest ROM from HTC site. Installed the 4 files from the ZIP file seen on many posts. Also tried the .cab that enabled the GPS. I see it configured in "Settings" correct. I open Google Maps and select "Use GPS" It sits there with a red box in the upper right hand corner saying GPS active/ Seeking GPS satellites (0) and never clears. I went outside with another guy from work who has a Sprint 6800 and GPS working and his gets GPS location where we are. Any ideas?

If you are in florida like me it doesn't work well for me either. I'm in Nepal on google maps. I downloaded a program called Beeline GPS that shows the satelites and will eventually get a lock 20-40 min outside. I traveled to chicago and atlanta and got gps locks within 1 min or less and it was the s*it with google maps. I don't know why it doesnt seem to work well in my home area. Try beeline gps and be patient.:mrgreen:
