Read the new Touch Rom that they may have OEM Opera included, is there an extracted cab file somewhere?

It does, but from what I've heard it's Opera 8.65

I thought the one in the ROM was 8.65 and not the 9.5 that just came out, so you're saying it's not?

Opera in Touch Rom is 8.65. Also You need to first install a Opera version from the Diamond because this overwrites the 8.65 ver and then install the beta the beta from Opera site does not owerwrite the ver installed on touch so you will have both versions 8.65 and 9x beta

The 8.65 is a lot more functional than 9.5 at this point... sure it doesn't have all the fancy zoom features but I'm actually pretty damn jealous that Touch users got the full version of 8.65 and us Mogul users got Sprint TV instead.

Agreed, although on the Touch Opera 9.5 works much better then what us mogul folks are dealing with (other then the keyboard bug)

The zoom feature is an absolute must with a mobile browser. So I would not realy call it a fancy feature.
