Re: PPCKitchen OEM thread

Once I install the new sprint rom if I use buildos will it keep the new rom and radio?

Re: PPCKitchen OEM thread

ROM no. Radio yes. When you build a new ROM with any kitchen it replaces the ROM that is currently on your device.

I'm pretty sure this was answered for you in your first post about it. Why are you asking this in this thread?

I miss understood. So I am clear if I use buildos to make a new rom it will be the newest rom from sprint just with a twist on it?

Ya I'd like to know the same thing blazingwolf. This threads about OEM's for the PPCKitchen, NOT questions on how to build custom roms.

OK, so far I've found that as long as you don't COOK HTC Task Manager 2 into the ROM, but instead install it through a CAB after the ROM update, there are no problems.

I used HTC Task Manager build 2_0_31261_1

It's a little outdated, but it works.

It can be found here.

This is the latest updated version 4.2.5.82 of the TrackMe GPS Tool. The developer has added a few features and fixes. It has the same GUID as the existing oem, so you must replace the existing one in PPCGeeks_oem.rar with this to avoid a duplicate guid error.
