How to flash dcd 3.0.1 to dcd 3.2.0? - Verizon
 

I bought a verizon xv6800 off of ebay this spring. It already had DCD's ROM 3.0.1 flashed on the phone.

I would like to flash to a new version of DCD's ROM, 3.2.0 or 3.2.2.

I have searched and read a good portion of the info on this site, but am still confused on what the correct steps are for flashing an already flashed phone.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!

first flash the latest leaked sprint rom.
when the calibrate screen comes up put the phone into bootloader and then run the latest dcd rom from your pc.

there are other things you can do like flash the radio from sd so you don't get the sprint splash screens and you could also update to the latest spl from no2chem.

this was just the easiest method i could think of.
