*Slide2Unlock question*
 

On my s2u, if I miss the 'slider' and swipe my finger to the right.. it will pull up the Messaging window... kind of annoying because you have to x out of the Messaging window and do the slide again to unlock the phone...

It works fine if I grab the slider... but if my finger misses it or something then this happens...

any ideas?

sorry... it's s2u2 v1.01

no error message... its just that when i touch the slider with my finger and slide to the right to unlock... sometimes the slider doesnt move with my finger.. and when i lift my finger off the screen, the messaging window pops up

Doesnt matter what version it is ..your problem appears to be a common one. Unistall it and reinstall and soft reset..simple as that. If that doesnt work try a later version which I attatched below. Good luck. Enjoy!

That, or if you're using TouchFlo, you can put S2U2 in the exceptions section I believe

i am 'using' TouchFlo.. but i can't get it to come up either... so I think i'm going to uninstall TouchFlo

(I uninstalled/reinstalled soft reset and same results)

All this stuff came with a new rom so i'm just trying to work out the bugs in it all...

well thats the only thing that could open an app other than a UL or Throttle launcher... you can put an exception in either/both programs (s2u2 and touchflo) to fix, and keep both

i couldn't get TouchFlo working... it said it was running yet i couldnt pull it up...

not really a big deal... don't think i mind not having it

Off topic.....what settings did you go into to get the Ravens stuff on S2U2? Do I have to use WAD?

you never actually see touchflo it just works in the background. theres a config file you can edit to set it to open certain programs or cubes.

is there a way to change the settings on Slide2Unlock (S2U2) from changing s2u wallpaper every minute.. to like every 10-15 seconds?

I have about 15 awesome wallpapers and it'd be nice to have a slideshow on s2u

Touchflo allows finger scrolling its not the cube program it just comes with it, and TouchFlo also allows you to set four seperate gestures to open programs with. You can add S2U2 to Touchflo exception list and you will be fine, or you can just set the gestures to nothing. either way it would fix your issue.

yeah i just went ahead and removed it... phone runs great now :)


only thing i want to do no is make the S2U2 wallpapers change every 10 seconds insted of 1 min.
