Can't sync via wireless to exchange

I upgraded to WM 6.1 Version 3.56.651.0 and I am unable to sync through a wireless connection. If I remove calendar and email, I can sync my contacts. If I add them back I am unable to sync anything. It errors out, but I do not see an error code. Has anyone seen or heard of this issue. Thanks for your help!
