No2Chem 5067 mail2web issue
 
Looked and looked, tried everything. I can get active sync to work with contacts, but no push mail from mail2web. It looks like it connects, says sending for like half a second, but the outgoing mail remains in the outbox. Also can't get any incoming mail at all. Why would contacts work but not email? PLEASE HELP!

Go to Programs\Activesync on your device. Hit the Menu button on the bottom left. What is configured to sync? Is Contacts the only thing checked?

No, both contacts and mail are checked.

Under Menu select Schedule and what is configured there? I would assume you have an unlimited data plan?

Oh yeah, unlimited data plan.

Found the problem finally! Apparently the mail folders on my device were corrupt.

Went into active sync on the phone, tapped menu, then options. Unchecked email, then exited out and soft reset. Came back into these settings again, and rechecked Email. Then everything started working again. Forced WinCE to re-write the mail folders on the device this way, and now email is working correctly. Thanks for your help though! :)

No worries...glad you got this rolling. I would be lost without my mail on my 6800.
