You have to tether your mobile to your PC and run the test.

Acquire GetSPC from this forum----download and extract it-----and then move it and the accompanying file over to your phone----I put in my storage card---worked fine.

Before you run it----on your phone dialPad do ##778# and the "View" and copy your phone ESN Hexidecimal.

Now go to File Explorer>>>>>to your storage card>>>>and open GetSPC----plug in your hex ESN tap OK and it will generate your MSL

Good can you help me understand where to find the EVDO enable/disable setting? I cannot find it anywhere.

I used GetSPC to get my phones unlock code----MSL

I never tried 000000

After you unlock it should be in the Menus (Data Parameters)

I am on Verizon may be different. My settings open using the 000000 but I don't see a setting for REV A or EVDO.
