Whats up with Sprint ROM (3.56.651.0, radio 3.42.02)

Is this a valid ROM? I see several people are giving credit to DCD over at XDA for this. I am leary to install something that I did not see here at PPCGeeks and the likk and name do not show up in searches.

First off DCD is a reliable guy. He was just the one that supplied a copy of a leaked official (we think) ROM. Many people are using this ROM at PPCGeeks. If you look around there are a couple of threads discussing it.
