It has to do with PSST.exe which I believe is the app that is used to load the PRL's

so of the entire contents of the extROM, all that's somewhat essential to load is:
addcontacts.exe
hidden.cab
iota.cab

other than that, signed_080516_7500_SPCS_2.04.sa.CAB (again, any idea what that is?) and sprintTV/live search are the only worthwhile things on the extROM.

if you're upgrading, you probably shouldn't let the customizations run to eliminate all of the other bloatware from installing and just manually install the above.

All you really need to save is the IOTA....but the cab is also floating around here somewhere....so you could erase that also and just use it for extra storage...
