CAN'T get into bootloader?

Okay so i've got a new 6800. I've got radio 3.27 on it and i'm trying to flash a ROM but my phone won't boot past the first startup screen. When i try to enter bootloader (2 soft keys+soft reset) it sends me to Hard Reset (2 soft keys+power+hard reset)...

Ummm...suggestions...

boot loader is camera + power + reset punch

Have you tried just hard resetting first then let it boot up then try to enter the bootloader after the hard reset?

What does your reply mean?
Both soft keys + reset is a hard reset.
