That second sprint animation is awesome!

I tried to set it up on my mogul, but it doesn't seem to be taking...
I set all the registry settings under HKLM\Software\HTC\StartupAnimation correctly.

The sound seems to change, but I get no animation.

Enabled = 1
DelayPerFrame = 80
UseStandardAnimation = 1 (tried 0 also)
Volumn = 1
GIFFile = \Windows\SPCS_startup2.gif

I'm using no2chem's 5055 still, and I never had any animations with this rom.
Maybe the HTC animation feature was removed in this version?
