When I do it using Vista, once the phone reboots to the boot loader (tri-colored screen), the RUU dies this is because Vista sees the device as a different device (apparently the mode changes) and Plug and Play starts installing the "new hardware". The phone then stays on this screen.

Running the RUU again while the phone is on the tri-colored screen, causes the update to proceed and start updating the ROM normally, to completion.

I don't know if this is what you are seeing or not, but maybe...

for those who have problems with TCPMP and MSVC

Use the Titan kitchen and select the latest Flash bundle.... 4.4 I think.

Then for MSVC use the Vogue 19213 edition.

I've got a few questions: might be noobish, just curious about 6.1.
1. Can you map the mail key to access text messages not all accounts or the account picker?
2. I really liked the codyppc sms program, softkeys when a message popped up you got: go-to and dismiss, How can i get that back.
3. In the text messaging screen how can i get the softkeys to go back to new and options, instead of delete and menu?

New Rom Work Very Good With Tomtom Navigator Now You Don't Need To Use Google Map Or Gpstoday To Activate Your Port Its Work Without That.

Or you could run the IOTA tool to reprovision the services...
