Can BuildOS save or export nbh files?

My USB connection simply doesn't work very well with my phone and I constantly get Windows "USB Device Not Recognized" errors. Since BuildOS needs a USB ActiveSync connection, I can't upgrade my ROM. Does BuildOS have options for saving output as an nbh file so that I can put it on an SD card and upgrade my ROM from there?

It saves it as a nbh just go to ur C drive->Programs->PPCKitchen->BuildOS->Upgrade then find ur device RUU and the nbh file is there after u build one

Just don't forget to rename the file (TITAIMG.nbh for Titans).
