That didnt work either.. Unistall - Reboot Install- Nothing... Says device not connected. I dont understand why it cant find it but it can charge it just fine.

if i attach it in bootloader mode, it says usb device unrecognizable

that sucks. can't think of anything else. um..what about activesync on the phone itself? does it have any relationships on there? or go to settings/connections/usbtopc and uncheck the box.

im not sure, Ive always had the phone be recognised by vista, but I have never gotten a sync to work. thats why I just copy my pim.vol file all the contacts saved on my sd card, and in an e-mail someware. when I reflash, rename the phones pim.vol file copy the saved on to the root dir, soft reset and I am good to go.

Yea I copied all that down alreadly... But since I cant get the phoen to connect to the puter i have to wait when i have to go home and ge tthe SD adapter

just download the file from the ppcgeeks ftp they have the stock rom in nbh form I believe. Total commander is free for using ftp on the mogul and works better than PIE

only if you need to format it to fat 32 if its already fat 32 then you should be good to go. why dont you reply to my guide thread as to not hijack this thread further.

i was thinkin about try to make one but with the lack of RAM on these devices it will be hard to run anything along with the app.

yeah, i was really lacking on ram with the touchflo2d cabs, but i thought people were saying that it worked better when it was cooked into roms for the vogue for some reason. Also, i just tried your v4 and v5, and i couldn't connect to the internet with either one. I couldnt run iota, and when i installed iota from one of no2chem's roms and then tried to run it, i got an error. Am i missing something? O, and ##778# doesn't work either for checking my carrier info (my phone part works though).

which m2d did you use, the one that just says with you tube ot the one that says for all devices? cause the funny part is that the one that says its for all devices is actually 4 mbs smaller.

O, i thought i was ok if my phone was working. Do you have a link for them (the link here doesn't work, i have sprint...http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=402920, and the link on your first post doesn't work), or can you point me in the right direction? And, like I said, i just flashed both V4 and V5. I like a lot of the apps in V5, but V4 seems a little quicker and better on ram. Would you recommend that I stick with one or the other? And thanks for all your help and quick responses.

actually, i just realized i just need a carrier cab, not rom. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=402920 see here, he has links ofr carrier cabs in the first post, but the links don't work.

also if you want v5 to have the same if not better ram disable the phone skin and you should have the ram back

well i have a manilla 2d ROM ready for use when i can get it uploaded im at some slow internet but hopefully it will be up later tonight but im not quite sure.

sorry not yet there is some editing i want to do before i release it i was excited about having a stable manilla 2d ROM for the mogul but there is some tweaks that i think need to be added before i release it.
