Battery only reporting in 10% increments after upgrading
 

So i upgrading to the DCD 3.1.1 and Radio 3.39.10.

After doing this I notice that my battery only goes down in 10% increments now. So it'll stay at 100% until it goes to 90%, and then 80% and so on. This happens even in the Settings-> Power information as well.

So is this supposed to happen? or did something go wrong.

The 1% battery.dll was left out. It will be fixed in 3.1.3. There is a cab file floating somewhere around here that will install it.
