hardware keyboard ?broken?
 

so i text alot, and my keyboard is starting to show wear. but i currently have the issue while texting that all my text will turn out with multiple letter entry's. kkkkiiiinndaaaa llliikkee ttthhiiiis. is this a hardware issue or kitchen issue? i have the protection plan but was just wondering before i went into sprint and asked for a new phone.
