Slidesound error

Alright boos, My tiemen slide sound doesn't work, I starts up and does the slide out sound and then it Crashes. I thought it was only on5069d but I tried to go back as far as 5065 and it completely doesn't work still, only one sound then crash.....Help me please!!!! I get like a win32 error
