you have to let it run all the way through. it will show bootloader 2.40 while updating, but this is a temporary soft spl loaded to allow overwriting with the the hard spl. it wont unlock unless it goes through the whole process, follow all prompts, and be sure to read everything that comes up. Also, if you flash the stock sprint rom for the radio upgrade after unlocking, it flashes a locked spl with that upgrade, so you have to unlock again before flashing custom roms

after you flash olipro 2.40 you should not need to "unlock" again. I do believe that it's designed so that it will not be overwritten when flashing, for instance, a stock upgrade that also flashes the SPL/Bootloader...

stock roms include spl, and they can be overwritten so that if one needs to go stock to get warranty, that is still an option

i've done a hard reset. Still see the bars. At the top it says "TITA100 MFG
SPL-2.40.Olipro
CPLD-9" Please be patient with me but what is flash?

flash means putting a new ROM on your phone. Similar to when you reformat your computer. Say you have XP installed and you "flash" to Vista.

What's going on now? you are stuck in bootloader? (the tri-colored screen) if so, then go back to the top of this forum and read the sticky "stuck in bootloader?"
