PPCGeeks - No Ring

Ok, got a weird one. within the past week my phone decided to do something wild. It rings a 1/2 a ring. However, the person calling gets 6 or 7 rings when my phone only rings 1/2 times or not at all. I have modem setting - Slot Cycle Index set at 0. My girlfreind has to text page me to tell me she called. Oh, it won’t ring what so ever in hibernation, but when in on it rings somewhat faster. Any ideas?
