BRICKED 6800 - 3.3X ROM - 1.20 Bootloader - HELP??!?!

Hey Guys,

I followed the instructions to the letter on my Verizon 6800 using the 2.4 Bootloader, then the latest Sprint Radio Rom of 3.35.651 and it was hanging at the 11% mark every time.

So I used an older radio ROM and it completed, then the phone reset itself and will NOT POWER ON.

The battery is fully charged, and doing the power+camera+soft reset does not do anything. Nor does hard-reset steps, or removing battery.

The device will not power on, go to bootloader, nothing.

I guess i have to return to Verizon, any suggestions on final steps to take before I give them a device with some stuff on it? Thanks!!!

Thats download mode, no current solution, but you can search to see a lot of info on it. I have 2 phones like that right now, hoping to find a solution eventually.

Have you tried flasing via MicroSD method? You need to rename the desire file to titaimg.nhb and place on the root directory of the storage card. The card needs to be formated fat32 with 512 sector.

Good luck!

As long as you can place it in bootloader mode, you might be able to bring it back to live. On a second note, bootloader is protected from normal EEPROM operation so most like it's still functional. Phone does not need to be booted in operating system mode to be flashed.

The phone won't even turn on, so no bootloader mode. I going back to Verizon, wish me luck.

I thought I had a bricked phone also... Power button did nothing, Reset did nothing.. and could not bring up the bootloader... pugged it in to a charger and a Red light appeared...
What I did, is take the battery out for 5 to 10 min.. reinsert battery, and push power button.. if no response, keep trying power button.. if still nothing start process all over.. this process worked for me.. it took about 15 min till FINALLY IT POWERED UP.. AND I WAS ON MY WAY...I hope this helps...Also try a new battery if you have an extra one while doing this..
