REALLY THEN WHY AM I GETTING A NAI ERROR? I MUST NEED TO DO A ##786# AND RESET IT AND INSTALL AGAIN BECAUSE JUST CLEARING THE STORAGE DOES NOT FIX IT IT GIVES THE SAME ERROR.

Putting something in all caps don't make you right. You are wrong. Sprint TV works fine still on the rom I'm using (the stock 3.35 rom). Besides this is the wrong forum to discuss Sprint TV. SprintTv Thread

ok wrong forum, i'll give you that, put i was getting that error, you see spirnt changed my msid so that I could log into the Sprint music player because the music player would not take any password i put into it. it asks for a 4 digit password and then usually its your last 4 of your SSN. Tried that, and last 4 of phone #, and 1234 and 0000 no luck, reset phone, went back to orginal rom, no luck, sprint reset my msid then i reprogramed without doing a clear of the memory and i worked yesterday morning but not in the evening when i left work at 7:30pm. Got the NAI error, so i clear storage and all no luck again, went home, put on 6.1 unofficial rom again redownloaded Sprint TV and no luck... Then I did a ##786# then after that press the bootloader option and put orginal rom on and it worked

Sorry what I said caused you to combust all over the forum but you really need to get a grip. I frankly am tired of coming to someplace I respect and admire the users of and have us all be insulted with lies stated as facts. If your SprintTV is not working then seek an answer just do not hijack a thread that is unrelated to your problem.

Now back to our regularly scheduled broadcast...

it said nai error and my phone number below... I did a clear storage and reinstalled the sprint tv and it did the same thing again. Then I got adventurous and did a ##786# and reset my phone all the way... it worked and now plays sprint tv again.. sprint had me change the msid the other day because of an error on the music store app.

Those silly goons over in customer service. Sigh. The boons are the worst, they like to read directly off of KMS.
