no2chem Battery.dll 1% increment

Hi, fithis is my first post here, i´m a spanish trinity ROM developer.
I know this is not the correct forum, but i need to contact no2chem.

I´m trying to integrate his new Battery.dll into my new ROM for trinity, but the resultant roms are not booting. I think this is because battery.dll is inside OemDrivers folder so it is device specific.
The best thing i have made is a booting ROM, but the battery info screen is showing me an empty bar, with no information about battery.

no2chen, can you give me an advice to have sucess?. how can I modify battery.dll from trinity to make it shows 1% increments?.

Thanks in advance.

Have you extracted both dll's and compare the internal differences in any files and code?

I have extracted both dll´s, and compare them, and yes they are different, but are binary files, i can´t compare code. What do you mean with "code"?, is there any way to decompile dll´s?

If I remember correctly, the battery meter should work on other similar HTC devices. Have you tried installing the cabbed version I put up to see if it works correctly on a working trinity ROM? If it works, then there is some issue with how you are building it into your ROM.

EDIT: Here's a link to the cabbed version - http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...1&postcount=18

i think its not working for you because its in module form. Module's have image info, that is specific to the rom image for that device. if you find dll file that will work for you.
I could be wrong though.

no2chem is the brain behind that driver, so he's probably the only one who can help you with this. He stays very busy with all the projects he has started and doesn't always have time to read all the posts on the forum or his pm's. I would suggest you catch him in the chat channel because he's in there often.

it will work on any device. Make sure you are using g'reloc to fix the memory mapping of the modules.
