Ripped Diamond D3D drivers

Anyone want to give a shot at trying to make this work on a Titan?

i would think that you would need more than just drivers....

not saying that it wouldnt or cant work, but were talking hardware acceleration, new drivers, all that crap to get the UI from the Diamond...

Either way Im very very interested to see what we can get from this...

my balls arent big enough to try it, LMFAO.

Oh trust me. As a hardware reviewer and software developer I'm also thinking there would need to be more but I've run into a lot things where I think would be pretty hard to do but was surprisingly simple and vice versa. :)

I really wish the boys over at XDA luck on this one. Whoever gets this working will definitely be revered in the MS mobile phone communities. Especially if after they are done the same guy ports over the Diamonds 3d touchflo for Vogues/Titans. That would at least keep me from needing to upgrade in a couple of months when Sprint gets the Diamond. I can deal with QVGA but man I want that interface it looks very nice.

Agreed. Guys, get dirty on this and get silly in the process but put your efforts and fruits of your labor into making this work.

Well seems D3D is working on the Tilt in some fashion. Let's hope progress on this escalates quickly so we can have it on all HTC products.. like my Mogul

From http://htcclassaction.org/driverprog...ate_20080717_1

We will be releasing a CAB based installer for the drivers in their current state probably later today, if everything goes as planned.

Hopefully no2chem will pick this up. He already figured out how to implement direct draw and is very familiar with the titan.
