i currently on verizon and have done all radio's and all DCD roms.
EDIT: i went up the ladder to 3.1.1 with the 3.49 radio and back to the stock verizon rom and radio.

my current rom radio bootloader is as follows:

verizon rom 2.09
radio 1.30.60
bootloader 1.04

edit:
would that be because it's currently "locked"? should i put on another bootloader?

the reason you can't do rtask a is because you don't have an MFG bootloader like the 2.40 unlocker. However that one isn't really compatible with your radio so no big deal, but please list all the info you see on the red letters when it boots at least. Thanks!
