Is the new radio required to run the new ROM?

I really don't wish to flash my radio with a test radio... but I'd love to check out the new ROM.

Just flashed,so far so good,GPS worked as good as b4(3.35 ROM),SprintTV also worked,also tested w/my Plantronic Voyager 855 A2DP headset,no issues so far.

Yes tier 2 for mogul and i was told june 1st they are just working out the bugs
