What happens if I just install the new Sprint rom on my Touch straightup...will it cause any problems?

If you are trying to install the radio ONLY, you have two choices:

1. Use the SD card flash method. Plenty of info in the titan upgrade forum on that.

2. If you are trying to flash through activesync, you have to follow these steps:
-Downgrade to olipro 1.20 unlocker
-Flash the nbh file using an RUU
-Upgrade back to olipro 2.40 unlocker as soon as the first boot takes place while connected.

I have used method 2 plenty of times without a problem. You are probably trying to flash the radio only with 2.40 installed.

Of course, if you are not comfortable with this, its probably easier to flash the entire update (radio and rom), not let the customizations run, and then flash the rom of your choice over it.

this rom is fast. very fast.

although i thought Sprint Tv was included in it.

i have no2chem's 5060 running. im thinking about trying this but ive never flashed back to an oem rom. do i have to use a relocker? and if so, which should i use?

one more thing, i havent been here in a while, and i was wondering if 5060 is still his last stable build.

You can flash back without a problem if you've already unlocked to do a custom ROM.

5060 is the latest "stable" build, but I've used 5066 and to me, its pretty stable too. Currently however, I'm using this "test" ROM.

Has anyone else had any sound issues with this ROM. After a couple hours of use I loose all sound. Literally, no phone audio or speaker audio. Audio via BT works fine though. The only way to restore audio is via a hard reset.

This is what I have installed.
WM 6.1 official for Mogul
HTC home 1.o final
SRS HD WOW
Total commander
Sling Player Mobile

Thats all.

This has happened 3 times in 1 day. i havent tested without any apps installed, doing that right now actually. Has anyone experienced this?

im using DCDs latest rom based on the 3.49 ROM/RADIO and so far ive had some small issues nothing really major i havent been able to load the sprint version for some reason though.....:scratch:

Also just observed that Sprint TeleNav won't log me in. It keeps saying log in failed. I flashed back to 3.35 and it logged in OK. I have internet access on both ROMs
