htc rom update
 

bit confused...
i went to htc's website and downloaded alltel's RUU and ran it on my 6800. after i did this i was looking at the screen shot on the webpage (attached) and my ROM version didnt change, but the radio and the ROM date did... i called htc and they couldnt help me.

now, if this is a stupid noob question just tell me- i know i just dont know a lot about my phone yet. but could someone explain this to me?

looks like it didnt take 100%

make sure you got the right rom for the right carrier also
