A question about the data connection. I am getting data on/off , and this is causing email sync (wireless sync) to fail. Is there a setting to keep the data connection on? The data connect button in comm manager is grayed out, and doesn't respond to touch.

2.0, I just downloaded 2.1, I will post screen shots of 2. I dont know what they changed in 2.1, hopefully less mem drain

I tried a couple of torx themes and yes they are graphically amazing but there mem hogs and with the way this theme functions I really like the single bar on the bottom u want more click it and it gives u more. Same thing with the contacts dock. I think I will send torx a pm and see if he has any ideas to make this one cleaner then it already is and maybe I can get him to make some icons as he does great work.

Ya know I debated putting thumbcal in but i've been playing with it and actually uninstalled it seems real jerky to me and actually makes things take longer and I am all about trying to speed things up not slow em down.

I also use thumb cal, but nex can't build every app into the rom because some people prefer certain apps for certain things. I think he has done enough of the overhead work and its up to us to put small custom apps like this on our self when we chose.

You can download those torx themes and put them in you \themes\desktop\ folder. I have his v0.5 packages loaded there, I didn't use any as the theme nex has has way more functionality. You could take the backgrounds and icons from it if you wish though, just browse to those folders when choosing you icons or copy them into WAD_IPhone folder.

This is why WAD build is the Sh*t so much custom stuff to do (if you have time and patience...lol)

Now when u say it displayed right look at your top bar if it is not flat like my pics then it displayed wrong. If it is bubbled then it is wrong if not then I guess I need to look at the cpacks and see whats causing the issue for VZW.

Nex, Is it possible to download the oems from your rom and build my own using the PPC kitchen builder or are they already included in the latest version?

Personally I like the idea of a persistant "beta" never ending tweaks and ever evolving... I just can never get "enough" to say, it's done..

Thanks for the reply, if I new how to put all the apps into a rom myself i would, just not exactly sure how to do it, I have an idea on how and where, but I still need to play around with it, any tips would be cool!!! Thanks...

I did not mean to imply to put them into the rom yourself, I simply meant to install the cab form your sd card after the flash. I keep all my added cabs on my flashing sd card so after the flash i can easily add all the stuff i like thats not included in the roms.
