I'm using a Holux Slim receiver and everything works great. I've uploaded the touch version.

i had to call sprint so they can make sure they throw it on ur account. they will in turn send confrimation to telenav that you have it enabled. i was told it could take up to 24 hours. i did this at 11 am this morning. lets see how long it takes.

sprints version i think you have to have to have it on your plan to use it, I use it all the time, I really like it even though i pay for it on my plan.

I think you have to pay for telenav by the month. I am on the sero plan and it seems like I am getting the service as part of my plan. A year ago I used the trial and never have been charged. When I login to the telenav site it says my telenav plan ends at the same time as my sprint contract does.
