Having Trouble With MSL#
 

I am trying to get my epst MSL# from my phone to upgrade from 3.35 stock to vetvitos rom. i am using getspc.exe from the "An Easy Guide To Upgrading" thread. Whenever I put in my ESN(Hex) it reports this error back...
"Could not link to DLL"
ok...seriously, wtf if this bs. I have tried putting this file in the windows folder too, and it still didnt work. any ideas?

ok, i think i got it figured out, but someone tell me if I am right/wrong

The MSL# is the unlock code for the EPST. So the MSL# that the sprint customer service rep gave me that I have been using to edit my EPST settings is the same thing as what the GetSPC.exe program gets right?

that is correct. that error you were getting comes when you dont have BOTH the files needed for GETSPC in the same directory. it should have come with the PPST_KeyGen.dll also.
