Noob nueROM v2.0 build 5058 question
 
I flashed over this rom today with no problems so far, well sept for one.. My internet isnt working, telling me it can not connect to sprint... Now when i was looking the forum this morning i found a post where someone was having the same problem, but now i cant seem to find the post and my search results are coming up nothing... any1 know the fix? thanks in advance

are you trying to connect to the internet while your phone is stilled connected to the usb cord if so that may be the problem for some reason you can't connect to the the internet when your phone is connected to the computer via usb

nope phone is no where near my computer, im just trying to surf the net on my phone... but thanks for the reply...

can you run IOTA from the phone settings?
start, settings, personal, phone, services tab:
then select Internet, get settings, and click Start and see if IOTA runs.
if not, get the IOTA cab and install it, run IOTA again and see what results that gives you.

might help to know what carrier you are using.

just tired that and getting the same results,
Data Provisioning Failure
error code 1012
Could not prepare Visioin services.

OK, lots of times thats just a network error due to the network being busy, or you can try logging in online and changing your Vision password- thats helped me in the past. it sort of forces the provisioning to refresh itself then.

i just did a hard reset and it works now... But i have done a restore yet of all my crap, so ill see what happens after the restore.. thanks for the help

yea problem is in my back up :( guess ill just mainly install everything agian and see if that works without the restore...

well good, glad its working anyways. just as a rule always do a hard reset after flashing a new rom, just a good idea.
