No2chem 5060 constant vibrate on incoming call until reset?

I have flashed several ROMs and have never had this problem until I built a ROM with no2chem's 5060 basekit and the PPCGeek's kitchen last night. Whenever I receive a call, the phone doesn't ring, but vibrates constantly until I do a soft reset. Everything else works great and I can make calls just fine.

I searched for every term I could think of, but didn't find any solution. Is there a certain OEM that causes this, or should I just flash again to see if that fixes it?

I have a similar problem with 5059, the phone will vibrate for extended periods of time when receiving a phone call, txt message, or email. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm seeing this exact same problem, only I'm running NexVision's VZW DCD 3.0.0 ROM. Sometimes it vibrates for 5 seconds, or 10 seconds, or up to ~30 seconds (at which point I stop waiting, and perform a soft reset). It seems to happen randomly and rarely. Maybe about once every other day or so. The rest of the time it vibrates normally.

I've been running DCD's 3.0.1 since it came out, and mine did the same thing for the first time yesterday. I received a txt and it wouldn't stop vibrating until I reset.

I'm wondering if it has something to do with 6.1.

That's the first and only time it's happened to me.

im going to go out on a limb here, and guess that all of you have some program thats causing this.....

but then again, i might be wrong. please continue to report so i can keep track of the issue, and please write what programs you have constantly running, including today plugins.... htc home is suspect.

I'm not running your ROM at the moment, but I've had it happen to me with DCD's 3.0.1, and I don't run any HTC software. Their software has all kinds of problems, unless you have a gig of RAM for them to chew through.

As far as today screen plug-ins - I have SPB mobile shell, Pocket Plus, and phone suite.

A few months back I was having this problem on a regular ole Sprint Rom. So it probably is a program. I haven't had it happen in a while and I don't use as many programs as I used to so don't really know.

I have always used HTC Home, although I'd like to switch to something else, if I could find something with the same functionality.

The only thing I installed differently on the build with the vibrate issue was Cyberion Voice Commander instead of MSVC that I have always used before. Are you other guys running CVC?

I re-cooked with Lenny's 5060, but installed MSVC this time, and so far haven't had the vibrate issue. As far as I can tell, I selected all of the same other apps. I noticed that my selections.txt file with the basekit was 14K, but the one from Lenny's was only 9K. Also, the basekit .nbh was 77 MB while Lenny's was almost 79 MB, but that was probably due to MSVC vs. CVC.

contrary to see I haven't had this issue, and mine are set to vibrate on text.

I am running: HTC Home, Wireless Info, Owner Info, and Voicemail on my today screen.

and so far so good.
