What app is requesting data?
 

It seems that my phone is ALWAYS on the data network. How can i tell which app is requesting it? I am assuming this is why my battery life has been decreased recently.

bump, same issue.

I have my data connection set to pop up the password screen when it tries to connect, and it keeps popping up. I'd like to know wtf keeps requesting data.

Just a guess, but check your ActiveSync settings.

As far as I remember from reading on a Microsoft Windows Mobile TechNet page, WM6 is designed to basically keep the connection active, if it has a connection. Though I cannot for the life of me remember where on TechNet I saw that and a quick search did not yield any results.
