Ringtones not playing after flash
 

Hi everyone,

I just flashed my phone for the first time (this is all new territory to me). Everything is working pretty well. I am having a problem with my ringers though. None of them will show up when I go to the drop down box to select one.

They are in the Windows>Ring folder, however I can't even play one from there. It gives me a message that says...

"There is no application associated with "whatever the filename is". Run the application first, then open this file from within the application."

I didn't install windows media player when I reflashed - could that be my issue? Is there a way to fix this?

You will have to install media player.

Preach it brother! I had the same problem.. I only had the 3 default rings.. I don't want to hear a real dog bark letlone a dog bark on my phone.

darn...can't find a cab file anywhere so I'm guessing its a licensing type issue with having it out there...

Guess I'll just build a new rom. Thanks for the help.
