Phone not activated????
 

I put the new sprint rom on my sisters phone... everything went fine but now when I try to dial out it is saying that my (her) phone is not activated... any suggestions??? And sorry if this has been posted already... I have been searchingg for about an hour!! Thanx in advance!!

Did you try doing a hard reset after the ROM flash? not sure if it will help, but it's pretty much the second troubleshooting step after a soft reset.

yes I did... now it is saying that her phone number is 1 000 000 8736



I dont know what else to do.... OMG I cant believe i messed up her phone!!!

Well Thanx anyways... I called Sprint... they had to reset my phone number... Her phone is all good now!!! WOOOO HOOOO!!! HA HA HA

wow next time read about what flashing a rom can do to your phone next time have the

msid
mnd
and msl code

so you can active the phone

I had the same issue, but when i try to type ##MSL#, it wont go into menu.
And ##778# wont give me an entry for MDN. HELP???
